Standard Hardware Warranty: 2 years
Hardware Warranty Extension: Choosing Advanced Maintenance your hardware warranty
will be extended as long as the Advanced Maintenance will be active. In order to take
advantage of the warranty extension Advanced Maintenance must be the purchased from
the first time.
Hardware Replacement:
If an hardware issue occurs and the EFW unit must be replaced, the RMA form shall be
compiled.
Once you got your RMA number from Endian Support Team, the failed hardware (together
with a copy of RMA) shall be shipped to:
