Standard Hardware Warranty: 2 years
Hardware Warranty Extension: Choosing Advanced Maintenance your hardware warranty
will be extended as long as the Advanced Maintenance will be active. In order to take
advantage of the warranty extension Advanced Maintenance must be the purchased from
the first time.
Hardware Replacement:
If an hardware issue occurs and the EFW unit must be replaced, the RMA form shall be
compiled.
Once you got your RMA number from Endian Support Team, the failed hardware (together
with a copy of RMA) shall be shipped to:

Standard Maintenance is the most affordable support package. For first level maintenance, customers and endusers should contact their Endian partner or reseller.
Advanced Maintenance is designed for organizations requiring extensive support. This package includes a higher amount of incidents, remote support and instant hardware replacement. If required the request may escalate to Endian support.
Premium Maintenance offers direct contact with the Endian support team, for companies requiring support at the highest level. For technical support, customers can contact Endian directly via web or telephone.
