File, Print, & Application Sharing	Most small businesses have a dozen or so computers that have files saved locally to the "C:" drive.  If the hard drive crashes, you loose that data.  With a central repository to store your files (and backup those files), there is no need to worry about emailing files between employees.
Email, Messaging, & and Shared Calendaring	Typical companies with POP3 email accounts lack the ability to have a shared contact list or the ability to have shared calendars, this is not the case with a Small Business Server (SBS).  SBS also allows you to have remote access to your network email and calendars via a web access client that is available from anywhere you have internet access.
